Lemon Meringue Tart – That’s delicious

Our lemon meringue tart consist of 3 elements, lemon curd, sweet paste and an Italian meringue. Its adding eggs to gently simmered butter sugar and lemon juice, the curd is slightly tricky to get right as it involves adding eggs to cooked sugar you don’t want to add your eggs to a very hot mixture as you could end up with scramble eggs, the trick is to temper those eggs into the curd, don’t forget to blow torch your meringue.
